Kathleen Magno has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Northern Illinois (1992). She works with acrylic on canvas, wood, and found objects and her art and creative process are inspired by relationships, faith, nature, color and music. 
Right now, Kathleen is working on a series of ethereal paintings, including angels and saints. She likes creating artworks with an aura of mystery and beauty through a mix of interwoven colors.
Kathleen's work has been shown at:
  • The Alain Gavin Studio (Evanston), where she's been an art student and is participating in group shows.
  • The Edgewater Gallery Walk (2010), organized by Edgewater Artists in Motion.
  • The Edgewater Arts Festival (2013-14), organized by Edgewater Artists in Motion.
